MEET THE TEAM
Kipling Gallery has been a vibrant part of the art community for decades. Founded by Lou Ruffolo and the late Rocco Pannese, the gallery has grown into a respected venue known for its dedication to contemporary art and thoughtful curation. Our team combines deep expertise with a passion for building genuine relationships with artists and visitors alike.

LOU RUFFOLO
FOUNDER AND ART WORLD VETERAN
Lou Ruffolo brings over 35 years of experience in the art world to Kipling Gallery. His career has involved dealing with countless artists and curating many shows that have shaped the gallery’s identity. Lou’s leadership has been instrumental in representing contemporary Inuit artist Abraham Ruben, helping to elevate Ruben’s work on national and international stages.
Lou’s deep knowledge of the art market and his dedication to artists make him a trusted figure in the community. He understands how to connect artists with collectors and institutions, ensuring that the art finds the right audience and context.

LAURA CIAMPA
ART CURATOR AND ADVISOR
Since joining Kipling Gallery in 2012, Laura Ciampa has brought a thoughtful, people-centered approach to her work. With an undergraduate degree in Art History and a Master’s in Museum Studies and New Media Communication, Laura is passionate about how art connects with audiences in meaningful and lasting ways.
She values building genuine relationships with artists and visitors, creating an approachable environment where everyone can discover and engage with art. Laura continues to expand her expertise through courses with the Ontario Museum Association, staying connected to evolving conversations in the art world.

SARA RUFFOLO
ARCHITECT TURNED ART AND DESIGN ADVISOR
Sara's path into the art world is unique. Originally a professional architect, she has transitioned into the role of Art and Design Advisor at Kipling Gallery. Sara offers a fresh perspective that combines her design background with her passion for art.
As an Art and Design Advisor, she bridges the gap between art and interior design, helping clients understand how artwork functions within a space. Her expertise in scale, proportion, and spatial planning allows her to guide both collectors and designers in selecting artwork that enhances interior environments. Sara’s approach ensures that art is not only visually compelling but also fully integrated into the overall design vision.
